And Psychology

I believe healing happens in the and—in the space where pain and hope, stuckness and movement, vulnerability and strength can exist together.

As a trauma therapist, my approach is warm, relational, and grounded in nervous system-informed care. I work collaboratively, gently following what’s true for you in the moment, without rushing or forcing change. Therapy with me isn’t about fixing—it’s about softening into complexity, finding safety in connection, and meeting yourself with compassion.

Clients often tell me our sessions are the first place they’ve felt able to exhale. Whether you’re navigating trauma, anxiety, grief, burnout, or the quiet sense that something inside needs tending, I’ll meet you with care and curiosity.

Before becoming a psychologist, I spent over a decade in mental health and medical research. That work deepened my respect for nuance—and affirmed that it’s human connection, not just knowledge, that transforms us.

Approaches I draw from include: EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS) & Ego State Therapy, Somatic Therapy, Clinical Hypnosis, Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP), Polyvagal-informed & trauma-focused care

At and I believe therapy should be flexible and accessible. I offer a three-tiered fee structure (standard, sliding scale, and pay-it-forward) to support accessibility. We’ll talk about fee options during your free 30-minute consult. Let’s find something that works for you. Please feel free to reach out if you have questions before booking.
